I READ SOMETHING ON IT AND IT DID THE TRICK

Error 1714. The older version of LimeWire cannot be removed.Contact your technocal support group.

i click OK

Error 1603 fatal error during installation
Consult windows installer help msi or MSDN for more information,

I DOWNLOADED WINDOWS INSTALL CLEAN UP AND RAN IT THE PUT A CHECK MARK NEXT TO LIMEWIRE THE REDOWN LOADED LIMEWIRE AND IT INSTALLED THE PROPPER AND TOOK OUT THE OLD LIMEWIRE
