I dled the english only and get error reading setup initializeation file and the international one i get magic # does not match....Helpo!

Have a look at the 'Sticky' thread at the top of the Windows section of the forum about installation errors. Make sure you delete any previous versions of LW. This can sometimes cause problems. And update your Java to Java 1.5 (take the JRE)
