 The one minor detail problem re: finding "an experienced user" is simple... A genuinely experienced user is going to say that, unless the person with the problem is running a moderate-sized network setup, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO HAVE SP2 INSTALLED ON A PERSONAL MACHINE. Subtle, huh ?
