have i been had?

hey guys i paid lime wire pro from limewire.com,they sent me confirmation with a link where you type in your email and directs you to download. problem is it keeps saying my email address is wrong.any suggestions?i hhave tried emailing sales*limewire.com but have heard nothing. not really happy

Apparently there is an issue with their system at present & they are trying to find the problem. If you've paid you'll be safe, it may just take a little longer than normal. So don't panic.
Usual period after payment is up to or around 24 hrs. before you receive the link.
