could not down load

I PAID TO UP-GRADE TO 4.2.6. BUT COULD NOT DOWN LOAD. PLEASE SHOW ME HOW, OR GIVE ME REFUND

It takes up to 24 hours or so before you will recieve an email from customer support with a link to your own personal downld page. So just check your junkmail folder just in case you accidentally miss it.
