in need of help

I have a windows 2000 computer and downloaded KaZaa onto it. I am trying to get rid of it but everytime i try and delete it a message appears saying "Error loading C:\\winnt\system32\cd-clint.dll. The specified module could not be found". It therefore does not allow me to delete KaZaa. The same message appears when i start my computer. Wondering if anyone can help me with my problem so i can get rid of the message and KaZaa.!
