 None of the solutions have worked. I've tried downloading the suggested Java programs. Nothing. I've tried the list of solutions posted in aother thread. Nothing. I've tried uninstalling, re-installing. Nothing. Older versions. Nothing. I'm at my wit's end. What is going on? Why was the earlier edition working fine, and now, after updating, it's not even opening when I click on the icon on my desktop?  |
