This is thanks to rtp. I just did a copy and paste from his post. It may help with your problem.

Now note everytime you end process on each one of the temp files the meter on the install process box goes up .... keep doing this process until the installation is complete.

NOTE: The temp files I am speaking of have numbers in front of the temp file EXAMPLE: ns41.temp, ns.temp of any kind or any temp file.

Seems as though the program for some reason is creating these temp files and this is jamming it or stalling it.
