it just wont run

So I had limewire installed and running on my computer before with no problems at all. I had to reload windows and I lost the program and all the files I had downloaded. I redownload limewire and install it. I click on the icon and a white box appears for literally about .2 seconds, something that looks like the loading screen, this box then disappears and nothing happens. WHAT CAN I DO ?
