Uninstall LW by going to Start menu>Programs>LW>Uninstaller Then re-install LW by re-downlding the program & saving it to your computer (don't install over the net.) Then install. Likewise for the Java, it is much better & safer to install from your comp than over the net. So also save the Java installer to your computer after uninstalling Java (using Add/Remove control panel), & then reinstall.
