Need help regarding use of limewire
 

Hello all,
I purchased limewirepro a few months ago and it was originally working fine, but now it will not work. I click on the icon on the desktop, the computer runs for a few seconds (ie the hourglass appears) but then nothing. I have McAfee Sec Center-i tried it with the Firewall disabled, i configured the Microsoft Fwall thinking it was that and I also exited my StopZilla program. Now, i cant even get support from Limewire bc it says my email is not a valid request. I need help and dont want to pay for it again. If someone could help me, it would be greatly appreciated.
