Hello there,

I just got Limewire pro and it seems i cant run it when i click on it, it does not run nothing happens. I also tested limewire basic and also had this problem. Could you please help me, i hope this wasnt a waste of money.

1st, go to your LW program folder & see if you can open the LW program directly. If it opens then the problem is the shortcuts are corrupted & need replacing. If still not work then see below.

Which Java version do you have? Reinstall Java. If it doesn't work with Java 1.5 then uninstall Java using Add/Remove programs control panel & then install Java 1.4.2; for links see: Fixes for Limewire Also consider changing the compatibility mode to Windows 2k; instructions in the link above.
