 Ok, but shouldn't any drive that is installed still show up in My Computer? At least everything appears there for me and I have a floppy drive (A), a CD ROM drive (D), a hard drive (C) and as mentioned if connected an External drive (E) Maybe the drive is not installed properly or not compatible with the operating system otherwise the computer should detect it.
