Limewire installation HELP!!!!!!

I have tried on many occasion to try and install this again.
Sense reformatting my harddrive my pc hangs everytime i'm at the same point in installing, the files are copied to the below places and it is nearly half way throu installation, but as mentioned i never get passed this.

Output folder: C:\Program Files\LimeWire

Output folder: C:\DOCUME~1\Matt\LOCALS~1\Temp

Delete file: C:\DOCUME~1\Matt\LOCALS~1\Temp\jrelog.txt

Extract: jrestub.exe

Execute: C:\DOCUME~1\Matt\LOCALS~1\Temp\jrestub.exe /s /L

C:\DOCUME~1\Matt\LOCALS~1\Temp\jrelog.txt IEXPLORER=0 MOZILLA=0 REBOOT=Suppress
