Angry Faulty Limewire Pro Transaction

I went to purchase LimeWire Pro, enter the credit card details in with expiry date, verisign said transaction was declined, either due to incorrect card number or insufficient funds... I tried again, he same occured... I have since checked my credit card transactions and the amount/s have come out of my account, but I have NO product and no way to contact limewire customer service reps as the stupid limewire site is saying that Im not a pro user... HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Exactly which site did you do this at? Were you a basic user before? Have you read http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=28751 ?

I had the exact same problem. I went to the site directly from the limewire basic program window, to limewire.com so I doubt this is a scam, but just a fault? I hope...

If you made a payment then the LW sales/support will eventually pick up on the mistake no doubt. Otherwise you can send an email here feedback@limewire.com But if you send an email make sure you title it so they realise there's been a problem. Otherwise they may ignore it. Too many non pro users try to access their contact details/support so if they don't recognise the email address...

Default [B]Payment for LimeWire Pro, no product though!![/B]

I have received a reply from Limwire stating that there would be a refund added to my account, however the customer service representative did not mention when I would be able to download limewire pro, if at all. I hope my refund is for ALL of the transaction processed for this product, or that I receive a product. The amount of times this actually happens to people (as per the forums) is quite amazing and should be fixed.

I am awaiting a reply from LimeWire for the hopeful resolution of this issue.
