its quite funny how people threaten to not purchase LW Pro if their demand for support is not met and their problems not fixed.

quite frankely, we are not paid, nor do we represent LimeWire LLC, nor do we HAVE to support you. we are volunteers doing our best. so, i really could careless if you bought it or not. however, if you find LW useful, its recommended for you to upgrade and pay/donate the money they ask. it is open source, they do give you a free alternative to the paid. if you find no use out of it, you are recommended NOT to purchase pro.i think it says this right before you buy it.

LimeWire has tens of millions of users as a userbase. and since alot of them never show up here, we can assume the installation on those machines went rather well. the problem is usually specific to one person on their configuration.

i would also like to say that newbies dont bother me. i personally LOVE answering NEW questions, but when they fail to realise it should ONLY be stages of your life, not a lifestyle, this is what makes the experienced users frustrated...
