i had the exact same prob as you a few months back and when i uninstalled and tried to install again i kept getting conflicting errors sayin i already had that version of JRE installed.in the end i emailed them my prob(address on their homepage) and they replied in a day or so wit a link for a clean install which worked a treat,good luck.....
