 Nothing happens after I click on the desktop format I have Ok so I go to download it and I click basic. Then I choose to run in "Windows" and then a box pops up that asks if I want to "run" "save" or "cancel" I click "run". After that nothing happens. What the hell? We just got a new computer last night and never had this problem with our old one.  |

| It might be having a problem with java. I see it is a new computer probally windows XP is the windows firewall running.
