 I have installed this program at office and all was perfect. But at house it seems it doesn't really want to work!! WHY?? i have tried the recommended download.. then the other.. then beta version.. I have tried to install it in a different partition but nothing changed!!! THE PROBLEM: after download after installing when I want it to open.. ..it doesn't open!! there is a window asking "option language" but the content is all grey!! there's nothing in it it is frozen.
