Yes you cannot have both on same computer unfortunately. LW 5 installer will have uninstalled LW 4 at beginning of the installation process. So choice is yours. BTW LW 5 is not so great at moment, it is missing tools & has several bugs. Might be best waiting several months until they improve it. To reinstall LW 4, see Lime Wire » Download Out-Of-Date Installers
