Angry What's going on with my download?

I just downloaded the newest verion 4.9.28 and it downloaded fine but when i tried downloading nothing happens. I've tried reinstalling it like 10 times now but the same thing happens. I try downloading something and nothing shows up on the download section tab. is anyone else having this problem? can anyone please help? Thanks.

The guy was taling about LW 4.9.28... Bearshare is at 5.0.2 Kath. I moved the thread.

nope, i downloaded the offline installer and it still does the same thing. wont allow me to download. no error messege comes up or anything. nothing happens when i push the download button on a file on limewire.

Oh, your first post wasn't quite clear. Do you have the latest java? http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/download.jsp Get the JRE, not the SDK.

What OS?

Angry What's going on with my download?

I am having the same problem as matychuk82. After updating LW, the download button seemed to stop working. Nothing happens after clicking the download button. I have tried messing with my firewall settings and have just downloaded the java update suggested by et voilà.

matychuk82: if you get your problem fixed, please drop me a line as to what I can do about it.

Just to be sure, does double clicking on a result start download however?

If no, you might want to to revert to default dialogs in the following screenshot.
