yes, to follow up on this, your isp or wan provider may be intentionally blocking this site. it could also be a firewall disallowing access to it. check with both. this would be the first time i have seen that an isp has explicitly blocked a download site for gnutella clients, so it is very possible that there policy/firewall prohibits the use of these clients/agents. it is also very possible that ZA (zone alarm) may be blocking this. although i have never used zone alarm (i like my hardware firewalls :)) i do know of cases where it was prohibiting sites.
