Below is the payment information that has been taken from my credit card but I have only recieved basic version 4.8.1 and not the limewire pro or the netspy protector as paid for.
I even went to upgrade to version 4.9 after initial installation of 4.8.1 and was going to be charged for that too..

Please tell me how to get my download of the items PAID FOR as stated below...........???
