 Mr Squonk You purchased LW Pro in December last year, and you got your 6 months worth of upgrades/updates and, I presume, technical support. Therefore, unless you renew your purchase, for just under $15.00 for another 6 months worth of supportand updates, then you are on your own but there is nothing stopping you from asking forum members for help and advice, which they (and I) will gladly give. By the way, when I first purchased LW Pro, in May last year, I found I got more help and advice from members of this forum than I ever did from technical support. So you haven't really lost anything.
