billing issue
 
i paid for limewire pro and now when i try to login for updates and stuff, it tells me i do not exist as a paying costumer. i have tried to email them several times and have received no answer..anybody have contact info for them or have had the same porblem and know what to do? this is rediculous...paid so much money and now can't use it!

but if that's exactly how much you paid then send me a pm. If you didn't purchase LW from the official LW site then nothing can be done.

Go to your menu bar, LW Help>About LW & see whether it says LW Pro. Tell us what it says. eg: below.
