If you enter the same email address that was used to send you the confirmation email, it should lookup the pro page where you can download the latest Pro version.

You should have received an email from customer@limewire.com with the Subject: Download Your LimeWire Software Here

It also has a link to your Pro page.

If no such email was sent, you may want to look at the very long thread about people who were scammed into paying someone else other than LimeWire. Some of the people scammed managed to get their money back.
