desperatly need help with initializing
 

installed the updated limewire offline and when i click to open up limewire and i cant get past the initializing screen that appears. basically there is no way i know to get around it and its pissing me off. if anyone knows how to fix this problem, let me know as soon as you can.

It might be an idea to reinstall your Java then. Get the "offline" java installer.

If that doesn't fix it then try a different Java. eg: If you have Java 1.5 then use the add/remove control panel to uninstall Java. Then install Java 1.4.2 Or if you have 1.4.2 then install 1.5. Use the "offline" installers in all cases. See links for Java here: Fixes for Limewire
