I asked you to look at the forum rules. This is part of them

 The exact error message, if one pops up
 Any other relevant information that you think may help
 Try to make your post descriptive, specific, and clear so members can quickly and efficiently help you"

I also asked for a few more things earlier on.

You have given us "Your Operating System" OK I know now you are using Windows, but some more details are needed to help constructively. I am less savy with Windows than you so I want you to give the details I asked for so that I or someone else will look at them and say ah that's a well written post I'll answer it..
