Limewirepro purchase
 

I recently purchased limewire pro, but during my download my hard drive was damaged due to a corrupt file. I could not repair the hard drive, so I had to install a new one. How do I restart my limewire pro installation when it doesn't recognize my e-mail address?:(

Go back to your email account & look for the original email you received from customer support. That has the link to your personal downld page. Surely you bookmarked the personal downld page.

Remember, LW pro offers 6 mths of free updates, so if it's more than 6 mths since you purchased it then your account will have dropped off their database.

The problem is, my computer was down for a week. The night I downloaded limewire pro was the same night my hard drive was corrupted. I was unable to confirm my download. I don't even know if the download was even completed. All the information on my hard drive was lost.
I did not get a confirmation that the download was complete because I had no computer access. I don't remember if I gave my email address when I made the purchase or not.
If my email address was required to complete the credit card transaction, then it was given because my card has been charged.

Please help.

You say that your credit card was charged, who was it charged to, i.e. who or what organisation got your money?
