Got me Limewire but I paid for the PRO version and now its says it don't recognise my e-mail address yet I have received e-mails for confirmation of payment - anyone else suffred this problem or am I missing something?

You should have received a second e-mail giving you a link to your prsonal download page, but ...

Just so we can be sure. can you tell us EXACTLY how much you paid and EXACTLY the url of the site you purchased from.

Whenever I make an internet purchase I always record these details. The url might still be in your browser history.

Patch It would appear that your subscription has expired. It only lasts 6 months, so if you purchased within the last 6 months, there could be a problem. When did you purchase pro?
