Thought I purchased Pro???

My confirmation of purchase was as follows in my email:

Billing information
Membership type:Lifetime Full & Unlimited Access with 25% OFF! for a total of 29.97 $ USD
Pro Version Upgrade - Movie Codec Pack for a total of 14.95 $ USD
NetSpyProtector Option - Protect yourself from malware for a total of 9.88 $ USD

Grand total: 54.8 $ USD

I installed this from the member page... why can I not get PRO support, or why am I not getting the features promised?? Was I hosed too???
