i am having the same issue that everyone else seems to be having... i downloaded the program and provided my credit card number. I was charged 42.71 total. $17.88 was for the membership, 14.95 was for the pro upgrade and then i was also charged 9.88 for netspy protector. Im thinking that it is safe to assume that i was also scammed like everyone else was. The program that i was registered with is called real music now. I am also having the same issue that states that i am not entering in a valid email address. Any idea how to fix this? I cant seem to get an answer out of the posting that are here already. Thanks

If you paid your money to a scam site, then there's nothing the official LW site can do. Get your money back. BTW those extras are all free. Spybot & Adware are better for p2p sharing & are free. Codecs are free.

ok, thanks alot for the info.. i will contact my credit card company first thing tomorrow... and BTW, i used the link and checked and i do in fact have the basic version.
