I have paid for Limewire Pro and want to find out how to download onto my new computer. when I go to support it wants my email address, and it says that it doesn't recognise my email address. (although it is sending me plenty of email)

That makes it impossible for me to ask questions thru LimewirePro, so I have had to try through this route.

Can anyone help me? I really need to contact someone but don't know who or how.

It was expensive to get the LimewirePro - I also subscribed to the dvd option and now I can't get anything at all!

I only registered in Sept, and I still have my old computer, so can maybe email something from it to myself? If only I knew what!!!!
