Email not recognized but within 6 mos limit
 

I have just upgraded to XP from 2000. I purchased Pro on Sept 18th, but am told my email is not recognized when I try to download. Obviously my 6 months should not be expired yet. Any help would be appreciated.

You should have the e-mail containing your link to your personal download page. Try using that. Otherwire ... how much did pro cost you?

As my email was newly installed again I don't have any previous emails. I do have my sales receipt number and confirmation page that I printed when I completed the "joining site" stage. I paid $23.85 CAD.

What the heck's CAD? Cash & delivery lol :D Which national currency is that? I hope that really is Pro you've got: Shows About LW Pro (Sorry ... just making sure ... we don't like seeing people not getting what they paid for or sought.) Oh ... belated thought ... is CAD Canadian doe? :rolleyes: :D
