 LW unable to initialize and start I have downloaded the basic version of Limewire, but when iclick on the icon to open it, a message pops up saying LW cannot initialize and start and that thi is often due to firewalls. Limewire is on the execeptions list in windows firewall. I have tried using other forums for help and none work. I had LW on my old computer and had no problems. I am now using XP, the internet is through a network at home, I have Java...I am at a loss. If anyone has some insight, that would be much appreciated.  |
