You have me somewhat confused, I, like Grandpa, have never heard of a scam site that would upgrade LW basic to LW Pro, they usually pretend that they can but still only provide a URL link to LW Basic.

And I would ask the same question Grandpa asked, are you sure you have LW Pro?

And, above all, remember that all this "lifetime" nonsense and monthly subscriptions is "money for nothing", i.e. you pay and get nothing in return.

One small point, if bwhiteboy paid for his LW Pro via a scam site then technically he is not entitled to support from the LW org, his only entitlement is to support from the people who got his money. Unless the scammers have some sort of deal/arrangement going with the LW Org, which is doubtful but possible (businesses makes strange bedfellows), bwhiteboy is highly unlikely to get the six months worth of upgrades/updates and support he would normally be entitled to.
