Foden is flying high
Unhappy Is there a god!!

If there is a God out there maybe he can help!!...
Limewire gone...Vanished....Not a signe.... Kids, who know all about these things now know nothing!
Have you deleted it I ask? "who me? you always blame me!"
Well its gone!
Right, I'm smart so I thought, i'll download and reinstall. can't be that hard can it!! WRONG... it is that hard, infact it's a lot harder than rocket science.
OK. Now i've got that off my chest, maybe someone can help me...please..please..please.
First I downloaded limwire and installed as per instructions,
(very pleased with myself!) So far all seemed well untill the Limewire logo in a box with "Loading Messages" at the bottom was overpowered by another box with a nasty message saying it can't find a folder to download to..... well I think....As I clicked the ok box and the logo is still sitting there trying to upset me (and F***ing succeeding) and does nothing except tell me it's "Loading Messages".
Any ideas?

Thanks
Tried loading LW again after using uninstall, same problem, though this time I wrot the whole message down!!

Error
your save folder is not valid, it may have
been deleted, you may not have
permission to wtite to it, or there may
be another problem. please choose a
different folder.

After closing down the warning box, the loading message box still just sits there. the only way to get rid of it is to reboot....
Any thoughts?
PS. this takes me a long time to type as I only use one finger(no good at typing)
Cheers

Did you sort your problem out? It sounds to me like the location you were setting for downlding was the program folder or a system folder. Generally the default location for downlds is C:\Documents and Settings\"your account name"\Shared

Well Foden, I can't help, but did thoroughly enjoy the way you wrote up your post. Nice job with that one finger.

Thanks
