Uninstallation errors

I've recently uninstalled LimeWire from my PC, but now every 5-10 seconds a box pops that looks like this:

The whole of the text in the box reads:

LimeWire version 4.10.5
Java version 1.5.0_03 from Sun Microsystems Inc.
Windows XP v. 5.1 on x86
Free/total memory: 2795312/4128768

I can guess it's because the program starts itself up automatically ever 5-10 seconds (or did do for me at least), but now the files it needs aren't there. I've tried deleting the LimeWire folder in the program files, and the seperate files that remain in it, but I always get the following error:
http://img69.imageshack.us/img69/6197/stupidbox7qv.png
So my question is simply, how do I get rid of these boxes and the remains of LimeWire. I don't intend to have to put up with this box for the rest of the time I use this PC.

The normal way to delete LW is to go to Start menu >Programs>LW>Uninstall.

If LW keeps starting up then there may be someting in the start up folder. Did you have LW set to start up at system start up. If not, then something mysterious has happened. Get this program to clean up the registry, etc. [url=http://www.norbiesworld.co.uk/Downloads/details/id=12.html[Crap Cleaner[/url] I saw your comment in the other thread that you refuse to believe the cause was originally a virus. And you obviously haven't read thru the solutions & about how it puts an item into the startup folder.
