Installing LimeWire on a new desktop
 

I just got a new desktop, on the old one installed LimeWire Pro, received in my email all the registration information, which it was for 2 years.

Now that I am trying to use my email address to download the installer software on my new desktop I get an error after entering my email address that the email address is incorrect.

How can dowload the software on my new desktop?

It sounds like you've been scammed. LimeWire pro costs US$18.88 for 6 months of updates & email support. Did you get your version from www.limewire.com ??

Depending when you paid, you may still be able to have your transaction cancelled & get your money back. Contact your CC company.

LimeWire basic is free & you can download it (and the real Pro) from the website above;)
