Limewire won't start

Can anyone please help? I have downloaded limewire 4.10.9 after my other limewire refused to start up after installing. It has worked before so I know it should work now. But in windows task manager it says it hasn't even started please help!!

Have you installed any new antivirus or antispyware programs lately ? If you have it might be one of them that block limewire. There are some threads about it I just can't remember which. try searching

Hey, I have recently installed the free version of computer associates anti-spyware but when limewire wouldn't work I completely deleted it. Thanks for the help!!:)
