Angry Old Limewire files

Question 1: A little while ago, I uninstalled limewire because I was cleaning out my computer and starting a clean slate on my computer. I tried to reinstall it and it says that the old limewire is still running nad needs to be closed in order to install the new one.

Question 2: what is a jar file, what is an Executable Jar File?

Question 3: I went to my c drive, program files and then tried to delete the limewire file thinking that was the problem, but it says that all of these jar files are in use...why can't I delete them?

Default

I can only help with question 3

Go to this thread. I explain how to get unwanted files gone. Try the unlocker first if you aren't comfortable with using the command prompt
