limewire PRO
 

I purchase limewire Pro about 1 year ago. I understood that I would receive updates and tech support for 6 months. When I attempted to enter limewire recently an error message stating that I have an invalid file. It told me to download limewire again. I uninstall limewire and went to the site to download limewire again; I click on the link that stated already purchase limewire PRO. I receive another message stating that my email address is invalid. I'm not understanding! Do I have to purchase the current version in order to use limewire PRO again?

If your Pro is (was) more than 6 months old, then I'm pretty sure that LW support won't recognise your email address.
Didn't you make a backup of your Pro installer?
Have you checked to make sure there's not still an old installer on your computer somewhere?

If you didn't renew your Pro, then the onus is on you to make sure that you keep a copy of the old one;)

If you haven't kept any installers then you'll have to buy it again, if you want to use Pro.
