Unfortunately you are a little weak on ram 128 MB is the minimum for a XP machine. Fortunately memory is cheap I would recommend getting another 512 MB and popping it in it will speed up your computer quite a bit. Another thing you can do is close some processes while running LimeWire you can do this by pushing down and holding Ctrl+Alt the pushing down delete this will open the task manager and you can turn off running processes there. You will have to do some experimenting to see which processes can be shut down. There ae a few system processes that can be shut down but not many. Most user processes can be shut down.
