Im test driving the basic lime wire to see if i want to purchase pro and now i got a virus called the new malware!bot and none of my virus protectors can get rid of it it created its own file and is just randomly dldin a bunch of non sense please help and is this the way pro is????

LimeWire just lets you share files. It's up to the user to be careful when downloading!! Make sure your AV programs are up to date & always scan a file before you open it. The world of p2p is full of malware, you have to be aware of that. Here's a lot of info on virus problems
