loading download window
 

if there is any help out there please give me a hand.....i have conquered one feat of making it past the "loading user interface part that scrolls in blue now the box just freezes up on "loading download window" and just stops.....can someone just offer me some more insight please????????????? :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:
