Merge with Lofty Lofty You will need to uninstall LimeWire and Java go to Start/Control Panel/Add and Remove Programs and uninstall them. Make sure you uninstall all versions of Java. Then go to Start/My Computer/Local Disk C:/Documents and Settings/User Name/Application Data/LimeWire and delete the LimeWire folder. Now reboot your computer and go to the links below and get LimeWire and Java and save them to your hard drive use the off line installers. http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml Now with that done install Java then reboot your computer. After rebooting install LimeWire. If this doesn’t work then the next step is to uninstall everything and edit your registry. |
