Wat do i do?

This is my 1st post

. But lets get to the point, right i wanna download Limewire but i dont know wat i do to do that, coz 1st it said name, email and that ok so i did that but after i done that its just goes to a page where sais what u should have it on like windows and that and i click on windows and nothing comes up. Can u plz help me
