failed to receive lime wire pro installion via email I attempted and believe that I was successful at registering for Lime Wire pro. I received a receipt to confirm that the transaction was successful. However, it has now been 2weeks and I have yet to receive the email with installion instructions. I don't want to pay twice and have the same dilema. I even went to th website for help, and came accross the page which asks to enter your email address in the event that you lost your Lime Wire Pro package, it says that my email address was not used, I tried 2 other email addresses of mine and they too failed!!! HELP ME PLEASE. :eek: |

I was actually charged on my credit card-sorry it took so long to reply but I wanted to be sure first that the payment actually went through. I still have yet to receive the instructions!!!! What's the next step? :confused: |
If you bought from www.limewire.com and paid US$18.88, see LOTR's first link in his post above. You might need to send a private message to mformel (there's a link there somewhere!) & she'll be able to sort it out. Did you buy from the official site? If you bought from another site, see LOTR's link about membership. :) |
Thanks so much Birdy!!!! I sent the emal to the person above. However,I was charged the $18.88 from the Lime Wire website. But the charges were on a UK credit card, and the merchant name is Lime Wire. What do I do? Can I get my money back? THANKS !!!!!! |

Mformel will be leaving LW next week. So I hope she has time to sort it through. There should be nothing wrong with a UK credit card. RE-check your email. Their response may have ended up in your Junk mail folder. |
it has been months and I have yet to receive an email reply!!! No one from Lime Wire has contacted me about getting my money back. I have spoken with my Bank and they said that I have a few more months until I can file a claim against the company for my money. I don't want to be mean but why pay for a service and get nothing from it? |
Go back to the first link LOTR gives in post #2. There's a link in there for sending a PM (private message) to RSterne. Send her a PM & give her a link to this thread as well. Maybe your original message got lost/forgotten in the time between one member leaving & another taking over the role of sorting out payment problems:confused: I hope this gets fixed up for you soon! |
