 using win xp, and no my ctrl-alt-del doesn't work. i did find it in the program files but it wouldn't let me delete the .exe file. i finally got my computer to boot to safe mode and got rid of the files there. then i restarted and haven't had a problem since, except not being able to access task mgr  |
