HELP I've deleted Limewire Pro files (becaue I'm an idiot--1st day on internet)
 

OK, so I'm completely new at this internet stuff--I just got the =
internet today and paid for the Limewire Pro and got Frostwire (somehow) website services. then, I started getting spyware messages from my internet protection provider and I said OK delete the files and NOW i see I can't access the Limewire Pro or Frostwire services because I deleted stuff that I needed (and that I paid for) and I cannot figure out how to reinstall the program that I just paid for today (but tech support says I'm not a registered paid member--my email address isn't recognised). The message I get from Limewire is below, on frostwire, i justcan't get a connection. I'm awfully sorry, but can you help me so I don't have to go through the hassle of voiding the credit card payment and starting over. This should be fixable (shouldn't it?) but I can't find the site I used to download the original program files and I don't have any emails to install the program (where did it go?)!
so can someone please help me get this back as I was really having fun downloading
stuff and now it isn't so much fun.

I have used the info on the forum to download Limewire but it says I need to pay to upgrade and i already paid to upgrade (it's pending on my credit card now).

How much did you pay ? Limewire is free and Limewire Pro costs US$18.88

I paid about £36 for the Lime Wire and Frost Wire programs--i got loads of 'options' when I signed up. I THOUGHT I was getting them from an official site but as I said, I'm new to all this. I think all I 'paid for' was Lime Wire Basic, the more I look around the more I think I got scammed. I just wanted to download some tunes, I don't have any for other people to upload. That doesn't make me a freeloader--just a novice. I already admitted I was an idiot. It won't happen again.

This has some tips on what to do when scammed, like getting your money back. You are not the first newbie to fall into the scamsites traps :D
